This is probably the fastest baked asparagus recipe I know! At the same time, the result is very tasty asparagus that is sure to please all lovers of this vegetable. Quite the “slim recipe” in preparation for the summer season! Asparagus is very low in calories, with only 20 calories in 3.5 ounces of shoots, so it’s safe to eat while dieting.

  • 2 tbsp. parmesan
